Who we are

Greendet was founded in 2009 and has a production unit in Coimbra.

We develop, produce and market efficient and competitive ecological detergents in the market with the purpose of creating differentiating ideas and products from a partnership with the innovation and development group of the Department of Chemical Engineering of the Faculty of Science and Technology.

At Greendet, all our actions are designed to be ecological and an integral part of the circular economy. We are proud to assert ourselves as an ecological brand, not only for certifications, but also for our way of living, producing and thinking.

We operate in the domestic and professional sectors such as hotels, restaurants, offices, schools, supermarkets, hospitals and laundrettes, through a capillary network of distributors.

Mission

Greendet develops products for cleaning, caring for and disinfecting environments. Our detergents combine ecology with the efficiency and rigor of chemistry, with the aim of developing high quality solutions that respect the values of quality, sustainability and value the environment, people and their lives.

ECOLABEL CERTIFICATION

European Union Ecolabel issued on the basis of specific and strict criteria. We are the Portuguese company that produces detergents, with the most Ecolabel certifications. This certification considers environmental requirements that are transversal to the entire life cycle of the product, from the extraction of the raw material to its end of life. The objective of this ecolabel is to promote the circular economy and reduce the ecological impact, ensuring its environmental efficiency.

NO ANIMAL TESTING

Greendet is a 100% cruelty-free brand. We do not test on animals and our products do not contain any type of substance of animal origin. We defend animal rights and their equality. We bet on ethical and innovative alternatives to test our products, breaking the chain of animal suffering. For Greendet, the preservation of the environment and animal protection is one of our fundamental principles.

DISINFECTANTS

Our disinfectants have proven effectiveness in independent laboratories and are duly registered with the competent authorities. Greendet products have great cleaning and disinfection capacity, with qualitative results in several areas, and can be used in the food, industrial, domestic and community sectors. Our disinfectant solutions aim to inhibit the effects caused by microorganisms such as bacteria, fungi and viruses, with the aim of safeguarding health.
